Keynotes and educational sessions address a wide variety of trust-related issues, from what is trust, to trust in specific contexts (workplace, marriage, partnerships, trust in brands, etc.). The sessions vary from 20 to 90 minutes. Keynotes are more inspirational in nature and great to open an association or corporate event. Educational sessions are more, well, educational in nature. 

A workshop is more comprehensive and structured and includes multiple layers, from "what is trust?" (through the 8 laws of trust) to "what makes a person trusted?" (through the 6-component relative trustworthiness model) to "how to be more trusted?" (through the 7-step Trust Habits process). Workshops include the inspirational opening, educational sessions, and application/workshop part. Participants develop a plan to help them form habits that change behaviors, and build their trustworthiness. The workshop is offered in half-day or full-day formats.  

The masterclass includes all the components of the workshop, plus the top of the Trust Skills Pyramid (see below): training on how to help/coach others in the organization become more trusted. It is a more comprehensive, multi-day (typically 3 days) program. 

This program can be given for members of associations, or company internal to the HR department.
