OVERVIEW
This online assessment was developed by Dr. Yoram Solomon based on an extensive research of organizational trust factors, as they lead to high (or low) innovation and productivity in companies. The assessment is designed to measure the overall level of trust in the organization through the six components of trust, symptoms of trust (or lack thereof), and a few direct questions about trust. It is completely anonymous, and does not identify specific relationships. The assessment is taken online, and takes between 10 and 12 minutes to complete. The accuracy of the results depends on the margin of error, driven by the number of people taking the assessment relative to the size of the target population in the organization. The assessment can be taken for the entire organization, or for specific groups/functional areas/levels in the organization. Custom fields allow comparing the different groups, provided that enough participants from each group took it.
PRICE
$1,500 (regardless of number of participants, it is recommended to have at least 10, but not less than 5% of any specific group) at different levels in the organization and different groups.
PROCESS
Purchase the OTA at the online store and enter your contact information as needed.
Within 2 business days you will receive an invoice and a link with a code and instructions to take the OTA.
Pay the invoice and forward that link to the participants within your company.
The survey takes 10-12 minutes (per participant) to complete.
After the survey close date, we will generate a customized report for you and email it.
You will be entitled to a free 30-minute consultation call to go over the results.
REPORT
The final report will include the results for your company, relative to the assessment average. It will identify areas of concern, and provide general guidelines to address those. Depending on the number of responses sent from your company, it may identify specific areas by a specific group in your company. s for your company
For each factor and item, your company is compared to the reference average, so you will know not only how your company (or group within the company) is doing individually, but also how does it compare to the reference average.
